• Job description
We are currently seeking a CAE engineer for structural analysis and durability simulation for two wheeler vehicles. The Engineer will work closely with the engineering design team, testing vendors to proactively identify issues and develop solutions.
• Meshing and assembly of various vehicle systems (Preprocessing in sub-system and full vehicle level)
• Should have automotive experience
• Good knowledge of using various connectors, joints, and contacts
• Strong knowledge of the strength of materials
• Apply CAE principles to evaluate chassis and other subsystems
• Modal analysis Frequency response analysis, and static structural analysis
• Having a Good idea about Nonlinear analysis
• Formulation of durability simulations
• Generate documents, and results and propose recommendations to design teams for improvements to achieve product targets
• Independently work and implement projects on a timeline
• Knowledge of MBD Simulations will be an added advantage
