CafAbout the Role: Are you a high-energy hospitality pro who loves a fast-paced environment? We are looking for a Casual Cafe All-Rounder to join our team at Vine & Grind, Westfield Liverpool. We don’t just serve coffee and food; we deliver a "WOW" guest experience every single time.

What You’ll Be Doing:
The "First Impression": Greeting every guest warmly the moment they approach the menu board.
Table Service: Taking orders, serving delicious meals, and running coffee.
The "Clean Sweep": Being incredibly attentive to the floor—clearing plates and resetting tables quickly to keep the cafe looking sharp.
All-Round Support: Helping the team wherever needed to ensure the "Guest Journey" is seamless from start to finish.
What We’re Looking For:
The Vibe: You are naturally warm, friendly, and outgoing.
The Hustle: You move with purpose. You notice a dirty table or a waiting guest before anyone else does.
Experience: Previous experience in a high-volume cafe or restaurant is a huge plus.
Reliability: You’re a team player who shows up ready to work and maintains high standards even under pressure.
Availability: We're looking for someone who has weekday availability.
