Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest has a memorable experience.
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages with precision and flair.
Handle front-of-house duties including greeting customers, taking orders, and processing payments.
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment for both guests and staff.
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
Support team members in other areas as needed, such as food preparation and cleaning.
Requirements:
Proven experience in a front-of-house role within a coffee shop, café, or hospitality environment.
Strong barista skills, with knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and a passion for quality.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a team player.
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
A genuine love for coffee and creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
