1 Full time Managers
We are looking for Cafe Managers enthusiastic to manage our Cafe name Romeos
Full Time work with Minimum 30 hours per week, up to 40 hours Maximum.
Ideal candidates would be:
Stock management, ordering, and liaising with suppliers. Taking inventory of stock and office material.
Management of pricing, and labour costs.
Having knowledge of budgeting.
Ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety regulations.
Passionate and self-motivated
A team player.

You will have good interpersonal skills
You always conduct yourself in a positive and professional manner
Possess well-developed organizational, skills

Be able to work on rostered shift, Weekends and public Holiday.
Experience/ Qualification:
Must have Diploma/ bachelor's degree ORminimum 1-3 years of Relevant Experience.
Duties/Job Description:
Coordinating daily Front of the House and Back of the House Café operations.
Planning menus in consultation with Chefs
Ensuring customer service quality, delivering high standard service and maximize customer satisfaction.
planning and organizing special functions.
Ensuring food and hygiene standards according to Food Control Plan
arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget
maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions
ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance.
conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service.
Interview and hire staff.
Planning and planting Roster.
Assisting with management of food, pricing, and wage costs
selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff
Planning, preparing, organizing, and controlling work schedules and assigning tasks to staff.
Take reservations and assist in taking orders.
Reporting to Director.
We offer competitive remuneration hourly rate between $30 to $34 per hour (depending on Experience) and minimum 30 hours per week with enough opportunities for growth as our business grows.
You will be part of dedicated team, so you'll need to be super reliable, efficient and self-motivated, with a positive, fun and friendly attitude. You must be able to work weekends, public holidays and couple of evening shifts.
