We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Full-Time Café Supervisor to join our team and take a leading role in the daily operations of the Café & Kiosk.

About the Role
As a key member of our leadership team, you will oversee front-of-house operations throughout the week, including weekends. You will be responsible for supporting staff, upholding service standards, and maintaining a positive, motivated workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily front-of-house café operations.
Lead, support, and motivate the team.
Deliver warm, efficient, and consistent customer service.
Manage opening and closing procedures for both the Café and Kiosk.
Assist with training and onboarding new team members.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and workplace health standards.
Handle POS operations, cash management, and basic troubleshooting of inhouse systems
Work collaboratively with kitchen, barista, and management staff.
Help drive service efficiency and operational improvements.
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience as a café supervisor or senior all-rounder
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to stay calm, organized, and solutions-focused during busy periods.
A hands-on leader with a positive, team-first attitude.
Flexibility to work a rotating roster, including weekends / Public holidays.
Understanding of the Restaurant Industry Award (advantage but not essential).

- Full-time salary of $68,000 - $73,500 plus superannuation.
