We have urgent requirements of Cafeteria Operation executive
Location: Chennai
Language: Tamil spoken is must.
Experience- 1-5 years relevant experience.
Qualification: Graduates/Diploma in Hotel management/ Hospitality/ Catering.
Note: The preferred candidates would be from Hospitality/Hotels /Cafeteria operation background. Urgent joiners are preferred.
The selection is based on relevant experience only.
Key Tasks and Activities:
• Managing & monitoring day-to-day operations of the cafeteria including and not limited to F&B service, product offering and addressing any queries related to Hunger Box product offering.
• To support the customer for query.
• To ensure smooth functioning of operation of the corporate cafeteria.
• To make daily MIS & daily reporting to head office.
• Managing delivery SLAs and maximizing customer satisfaction
Desired Profile:
• Ability to handle conflict professionally
• Quick decision maker.
• Professional Conduct and respect for co-workers
• Additional regional language (Tamil ) proficiency is a must
• F&B experience will be an added advantage
