Position Title: Call Center Executive Position Type: Reason For Vacancy: New Position Working Hours: Full Time Reports to: Team Leader Main responsibilities and Opportunities: 1. Handling inbound calls/ queries
2. Respond to customer query on Mail & converse with customer (internal external).
3. Coordination with customer and team member to resolve customer issue.
4. No sales / No Targets.
Qualifications, Work Experience: Graduate in any field
Work Experience 1 yr. experience In Calling in a TPA
Knowledge (Language, IT skills etc): Personal Skills: 1. Good Communication
2. Hardworking
3. Flexibility in timings
