2. Respond to customer query on Mail & converse with customer (internal external).

3. Coordination with customer and team member to resolve customer issue.

Qualifications, Work Experience: Graduate in any field

Work Experience 1 yr. experience In Calling in a TPA

Knowledge (Language, IT skills etc): Personal Skills: 1. Good Communication

2. Hardworking

3. Flexibility in timings
