Answering Customer Calls: Responding to incoming calls from customers, providing support, and directing calls to appropriate departments.

Troubleshooting and Resolving Issues: Addressing customer concerns, complaints, and problems, and taking action to resolve them.
Processing Orders and Payments: Handling transactions, completing orders, and processing payments for customers.
Documentation: Keeping records of customer interactions and updates.
Maintaining Customer Satisfaction: Ensuring positive customer experiences and fostering loyalty.
Utilizing Technology: Using computer systems, call center software, and other tools to manage calls and customer data.
Following Procedures: Adhering to company protocols, guidelines, and quality standards.
Staying Informed: Keeping up-to-date on products, services, policies, and procedures through training and updates.
