Primary Services is actively recruiting for a Call Center Representative for a large-scale Fortune 500 organization with a strong national presence. As a Call Center Representative, you will deliver exceptional service on every customer interaction while supporting inbound and outbound communications, resolving account inquiries, processing payments, and coordinating solutions with internal departments. This role is well-suited for a professional who excels in a high-volume, detail-driven environment and is comfortable navigating multiple systems to support customer needs.
Responsibilities:
• Answer customer calls and assist with billing, account updates, and portal access.
• Make outbound calls to resolve issues or follow up on customer needs.
• Process payments, refunds, and service tickets.
• Route new and renewal sales inquiries to the appropriate team.
• Provide professional, accurate customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Collaborate with Care, Billing, and Sales teams to resolve customer issues efficiently.
• Meet performance expectations, including quality, average handle time, and service level agreements.
• Document and share customer insights to support process improvement and retention initiatives.
Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of call center or customer service experience required.
• Experience supporting energy or utility-related accounts preferred.
• Familiarity with ERCOT or other energy markets preferred.
• Ability to type 40+ words per minute.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, Excel, and CRM systems.
• Experience navigating multiple platforms simultaneously in a high-volume environment.
• Strong experience with payment processing, billing systems, and account servicing.
• U.S. work authorization required; sponsorship not available.
