Job Description: Call Center Representative/ Call Taker
We are seeking dedicated and dependable Call Center Representatives to join our team and provide outstanding service to our customers.
2:30pm-11pm On-site in Bedford Park, IL
Responsibilities:
• Engage Customers: Schedule appointments and provide timely information about services.
• Deliver Exceptional Service: Handle inquiries professionally, ensuring every customer feels valued.
• Maintain Standards: Manage high call volumes efficiently while maintaining top-quality service.
Qualifications:
• Proven call center experience with a record of reliability and success
• Demonstrated consistency and commitment in previous roles, showing dedication to team goals and customer satisfaction
• Ability to multi-task, think critically, and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Typing proficiency of at least 30 WPM
• Availability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Ability to provide three professional references prior to receiving an offer
