Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Outbound Customer Service Representative to join our client on a temporary basis. This role involves supporting various lead generation tasks and contributing to important community initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation Support: Assist in generating leads for insulation retrofit programs and related initiatives.
Campaign Engagement: Contribute to campaigns aimed at improving home environments through government-funded programs.
Homeowner Qualification: Assess and qualify homeowners based on set criteria for government-supported insulation retrofits.
Inquiry Processing: Manage a high volume of inquiries from digital channels with efficiency and professionalism.
Customer Interaction: Engage with potential leads using excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
Additional Information:
Work From Home: This position is remote, requiring reliable phone reception and a stable internet connection. Laptop to be provided. However it is preferrable you are based in the Waikato as occassional office/site visits are regarded.
Working Hours: Sunday to Thursday, approximately 1:00 PM - 7:00 PM. Hours are open to negotiation.
Requirements:
Excellent communication skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
Ability to manage high volumes of inquiries and engage effectively with potential leads.
Reliable phone and internet access.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory.
