This is a full-time on-site role as a Call Operations Executive located in Bengaluru. The Call Operations Executive will be responsible for reaching out to users over phone for user onboarding, activation and retention.
Qualifications
• 0-2 years of work experience in handling call operations
• Strong interpersonal skills and effective communication
• Experience in operations management and utilizing analytical skills
• Ability to handle sensitive and personal conversations
• Detail-oriented and highly organized
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Knowledge of senior care and experience working with seniors is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
