Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Caller. The Caller will be responsible for making outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to educate them on Sky Air Cooler's products and services, answer their questions and concerns, and schedule appointments for sales representatives to visit customers. The Caller will also be responsible for inputting data into the company's customer relationship management system.
Qualifications
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Customer service skills and experience in a call center environment
• Ability to learn and understand technical information about air coolers
• Strong attention to detail and ability to input data into computer systems accurately and efficiently
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
• 1+ Year of Experience in Sales
