Designation- Manager
Job Description-We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant intending to pursue their careers in the field of Practice. The applicant should have the willingness and ability to work under stringent deadlines and client conditions. The applicant should have soft skills like interpersonal skills, team spirit and communication skills both verbal and written.
Roles & Responsibilities-•Work under the Audit practice to execute Statutory Audit/ Indian GAAP/ Ind AS accounting services and related services for clients
• The candidate will be expected to lead audit teams whilst exercising compliance with our Audit manual, Auditing standards and legal regulations
• Responsible for CFO Services and accounting services
• Responsible for monthly tax compliances, such as TDS, GST, advance tax
• Prepare for and lead tax audits
• Preparation of computation of income and income tax return for various clients across the industry
• Monitoring day-to-day transactions and suggesting tax implications, if any.
• Tax advisory and tax planning including structuring/restructuring of the businesses
• Supporting in preparation of tax provision, deferred tax computation, tax audit schedules for Tax audit
• Transfer pricing compliances including preparation of Transfer pricing study report
• Representation before tax authority for tax assessments and appeals
• Preparing and maintaining tracker for various tax-related matters
• Coordinating with various statutory authorities on notices issued
• Working knowledge of Registrar of Companies Compliances
• Assisting the firm in Business Development
• Perform tax research
• Identify opportunities to minimize the effective tax rate
• Independently managing client engagements and the internal team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing Pune Practice under the guidance of the Partner.
Further, you will help us stay compliant and up-to-date on new tax laws, accounting standards and related compliances.
Qualifications
• A Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 0-3 years of experience in audit and taxation in multinationals corporate/ Chartered Accountant Firms/ law firms or tax administration organizations
• Good English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work with no supervision with a focus towards developing optimal business solutions
• Sound understanding of tax laws such as income-tax, transfer pricing and GST
• FEMA and GST knowledge would be an added advantage.
