Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cambridge Primary Years Teacher Facilitator, based in Bengaluru. The role involves designing and implementing engaging lesson plans aligned with the Cambridge Primary Years curriculum. The facilitator will focus on guiding elementary learners, supporting their academic growth, setting individual learning objectives, and fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning environment. Additional responsibilities include maintaining clear communication with parents and fellow educators, conducting assessments, and adapting teaching strategies to meet the diverse needs of students.
Qualifications
• Strong experience in Teaching and Elementary Education
• Proficiency in Curriculum Development and implementing tailored learning strategies
• Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to effectively connect with students, parents, and colleagues
• A strong educational background in Education or a related field
• Familiarity with the Cambridge Primary Years curriculum is highly desirable
• Ability to foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity in learners
