What is the objective of the role To effectively run campaigns and ensure the Journey of the campaign is user-friendly and smooth Manage email delivery engines- Net core, Mail chimp HTML conversions and execution for emails Execute campaign strategies across different dissemination channels- WhatsApp, SMS, Email, Call Centre, website, social media etc Monitor, manage and suggest improvement on campaign performance Update and Maintain and enhance the Advisor section of the website and monitor them continuously Maintain digital properties and work closely with the development team for creation and enhancement of digital tools/ product gamification
