JOB DESCRIPTION
• providing administrative leadership to the team of faculties and students Centre management in terms of infrastructure
• Review and maintain student attendance sheets.
• Maintaining a tracker for student attendance
• Dispatching letters to the student’s parents in coordination with admission in charge and organising PTM every 3 months.
• Giving information of the timetable to staff and students
• Taking charge of the cleanliness and better presentation of the centre
• Maintaining a file for student applications in regard to leave, complaints, queries etc and discussing the same with the director in the weekly meetings in coordination with admission counsellor.
• Conducting the faculty weekly meeting to review the batch performance with the HOD and Course director
• Proposing, planning and implementing ideas for college events and activities.
• Conducting examinations at the centre extension.
• Creating and maintaining the system for timely recovery of student fees.
• Overall support and development of students, counselling and managing student welfare and attrition
• Actively participate & contribute in fresher’s party, Convocation, Theme Announcement & TFA.
• Responsible for orientation & smooth onboarding of new batches.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 2+ years’ experience in similar roles in education and related industries
Strong communication skills and a strong mastery of written and verbal English
Bachelor’s from any recognized university
