Āu Mahi | What You Will Do
As Campus Information Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting Facilities Management by maintaining accurate records of UC sites, buildings, and associated services. You will oversee CAD/BIM/GIS data, coordinate updates, and ensure documentation is accessible and compliant. Your responsibilities will include:
Administering and updating CAD/BIM/GIS data and publishing accurate drawings to the intranet.
Maintain technical documentation and providing access to key stakeholders.
Supporting audits and producing reports such as TEFMA building space reports.
Coordinating project administration tasks and assisting with strategic initiatives.
Mōu | Who You Are
You will be an experienced administrator with at least 4 years’ preferably in construction, engineering, or a large organisation, and hold a Diploma in Design Technology (CAD) or similar experience/education. You will also have:
Competency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).
Strong Microsoft Office skills and database management experience.
Excellent organisational and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
