We have urgent Opening for Campus Recruiter.
Purpose Of The Campus Recruiter Role
As face of the organization, Job opportunity involves candidate to implement structured Campus Recruiting Strategy to attract and hire the best talent from Colleges/ Universities in the assigned region.
As a Campus Recruiter, You Are Expected To
• Showcase your passion of campus talent acquisition and ensure a smooth candidate hiring and onboarding experience.
• Communicate with TPOs, HODs student coordinators of Colleges and Universities in the assigned region.
• Coordinate for campus hiring dates, venue logistics.
• Coordinate with Campus Team at corporate office for SME interviews and final selection.
• Conduct on/off campus recruitment drive manage relevant logistics (venue, hotel/guest house, travel etc)
• Follow up with selected candidates post recruitment process to ensure maximum turnout.
• Coordinate on-boarding activities of selected candidates. (Joining formalities, induction etc)
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential colleges/universities.
To be successful in the Campus Recruiter role you are required to have:
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent time and work management skills, ability to prioritize, attention to detail and ability to meet established deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability of stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in MS office, power point and data management.
Must To Have Attitude
• Customer Orientation
• Sense of Ownership and Accountability
• Result orientation
• Emotional intelligence
Qualification
• Must have an MBA/PGDM.
• Preference will be given to candidates with Science background.
Experience: 1. 4-5 Years of experience in Campus Recruitment for Technical/Non-Technical profiles.
Key Interactions
External o Students, TPOs, HODs representatives of Colleges/Universities.
Internal o Campus Hiring Team at Corporate Office o Subject Matter Experts
Note Looking for an immediate joiner in the month of September .
Candidate should have well-groomed personality along with strong English communication skills along with 3+ years of experience in Campus recruitment.
