The Role
As a vital part of the People & Culture team, you’ll be the go-to person for candidates and hiring managers during the onboarding process. From initiating background checks and preparing offer letters to setting up employee profiles and ensuring compliance, you’ll provide a positive and seamless onboarding experience. You’ll also manage follow-ups, coordinate with internal teams, resolve system issues, and contribute to ongoing projects.
About You
Proven experience as an HR or Talent Administrator, with a strong focus on candidate management and onboarding. You excel in fast-paced environments, have excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Experience with HR systems is highly desirable, along with a commitment and passion for providing outstanding customer service.
