Position Summary
As the Candidate Experience Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how potential team members interact with our company. From the first point of contact to onboarding, you’ll ensure that every candidate feels valued, informed, and excited about joining After Dark Night-Life. Key Responsibilities
Candidate Engagement: Design and implement strategies to create a seamless, positive, and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for candidates, providing timely updates and ensuring a smooth flow of information.
Process Optimization: Evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers and other stakeholders to align candidate experience initiatives with company goals.
Onboarding: Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring new hires feel welcomed and set up for success.
Metrics and Reporting: Track and analyze candidate experience metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.

Experience: A minimum of 5 years in human resources, with a focus on recruitment or candidate experience.
Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities to connect with candidates and internal teams effectively.
Problem-Solving: A proactive approach to identifying challenges and developing creative solutions.
Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
