Job Requirement : We are Looking for Candidates with Excellent English Communication with Minimum 1 year of International Sales Experience.
Salary: 40k CTC to 42K CTC + Unlimited Incentives
Timings: 3 am to 12 pm
Note:
• Work from office .
• 1 way Transport can be provided for Females.
• Travelling allowance 3k is paid to Male Candidates.
Responsibilities: International BPO II Customer Support II Good Communication
• Manage Incoming Calls And Customer Service Inquiries.
• Provide Information About Products And Services, Take/Cancel Orders, And Record Details Of Complaints.
• Keep Records Of Customer Interactions And Transactions, Details Of Enquiries, Complaints, And Comments, As Well As Actions Taken.
• Follow Up To Ensure That Appropriate Actions Are Taken On Customer Requests
• Refer Unresolved Customer Grievances Or Special Requests To Designated Departments For Further Investigation.
• Ability To Be On Phone For A Long Time And Familiar With Using Dialer Systems.
