About the Role
We’re looking for a commercially savvy and analytically sharp Capital Markets Analyst to join our Capital Markets team. This is an outstanding opportunity to support high-impact work across corporate development and investor relations in a company undergoing significant strategic transformation. Reporting to the Head of Capital Markets, you'll play a key role in evaluating strategic opportunities and helping shape how we engage with the investment community.
Therefore, you will:
Conduct financial modelling and valuation analysis to support M&A and capital markets activity
Support execution of M&A transactions, including due diligence and deal structuring
Collaborate across strategy, finance, legal, and external advisers on key projects
Assist in the preparation of materials for senior management, the Board, and external stakeholders
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and investor sentiment
Support the development of investor materials including presentations and market updates
Help coordinate investor meetings, roadshows, and earnings announcements
What You Bring
You’re analytically strong, commercially aware, and passionate about financial markets and strategy. You thrive in fast-paced environments, can juggle multiple priorities, and bring energy and precision to everything you do. You’ll also possess:
Relevant qualifications in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
2 – 5 years experience in investment banking, corporate finance, equity research, Big 4 transaction services or a similar analytical role
Demonstrated capability in financial modelling, valuation, and supporting M&A execution
Ability to distil complex information into clear, compelling insights
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A proactive mindset and willingness to roll up your sleeves on varied workstreams
