Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise a team of car washers, assigning tasks and ensuring timely completion of all vehicle cleaning duties
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness on all vehicles by overseeing washing, drying, polishing, and detailing processes
• Train new team members on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company policies
• Monitor work progress throughout each shift, providing guidance and support to maximize efficiency and quality
• Ensure all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and used safely according to manufacturer guidelines
• Enforce safety protocols and promote a clean, organized work environment to prevent accidents or injuries
• Assist in managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure availability for daily operations
Qualifications
• Proven experience in cleaning services, janitorial work, or custodial roles; supervisory or management experience is highly preferred
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively
• Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques, including car washing, detailing, laundry, and housekeeping management
• Previous experience in hospitality or hotel environments is a plus due to the focus on service quality
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain high standards of cleanliness consistently
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with team members and ensure smooth operations
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift equipment or supplies, and perform repetitive cleaning tasks
