Staff Supervision and Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to junior staff members, helping them to develop their skills and confidence.
Key Qualifications and Skills
AHPRA Registration: Hold current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
Clinical Experience: Possess recent clinical experience in an acute care and/or hospital setting.
Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working effectively with multidisciplinary teams and patients.
Customer Service Skills: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring patient satisfaction and promoting a positive experience.
