As a candidate, you will possess:
Experience of 6 months or more in a similar role, including experience with personal care
A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure
