ØConnect with prospective students (working professionals) through calls, video counselling, and follow-ups using CRM tools (Leadsquared).
ØMake 80+ outbound/inbound calls per day to leads provided by the company
ØUnderstand the learner’s career goals, experience, and skill gaps to recommend suitable programs.
ØExplain program details, university partnerships, curriculum, fees, and career benefits clearly.
ØBuild and manage a strong sales pipeline from enquiry to enrolment.
ØAchieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrolment targets.
ØMaintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in the CRM.
ØCoordinate with internal teams for documentation and enrolment processes.
