Job Description:
We are seeking a Subject Matter Expert - Biology to contribute to the development of our self-learning App for students across the secondary segment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing student learning journeys and developing high-quality content for our online app.
• Define learning outcomes at different levels for different chapters
• Curate content in Biology textbooks prescribed in CBSE/IG/IGCSE curriculum for an online app
• Be innovative and solution-oriented to make language lessons meaningful to learners across the spectrum
• Research grade-appropriate content material
• Assess learning outcomes
• Create and curate content to involve parents, teachers, and peers in the student learning journey
• Participate in rigorous content review processes with the goal of improving the quality and pedagogical creativity of the product
Key Responsibilities:
Develop high-quality content for our online app, including lesson plans, activities, and assessments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of content into our platform. Ensure that all content meets our high standards for quality and accuracy.
Required Qualifications:
• 8-10 years' experience as a teacher in the Sr. Secondary segment
• Thorough understanding of teaching Biology pedagogy
• Thorough knowledge of Biology subject in the secondary segment
• Ability to visualize student journey on App
• Strong passion for the development and education of students
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Coordination and Time management skills
