About the role
Your caregiving career will thrive working at St. Andrews Village, Cambridge. Your experience and kindness to provide first class care for our residents will see you exceed in this role.
We have 1 Fixed Term role available for 30 hours a week - Mixed shifts and will include weekend work. The fixed term starts on the 28th of September and will end on the 20th of January 2026.
Duties:
Provide resident directed care and support to our residents.
Work under the direction of a Registered nurse as part of the Care Team.
Foster an environment of acceptance and choice.
Contribute to and demonstrate knowledge and use of resident directed Care Plans.
Provide support for the family.
Skills and Experience Required:
Hold Health and Wellbeing certificate or equivalent qualification.
Excellent attitude and demonstrate self-motivation and proactiveness.
Previous experience in aged care or working with the elderly is preferred.
Problem solving and decisive decision-making skills.
Empathy and a love for making a difference in our residents' lives.
