Multiple positions available
About the Role:
We have Multiple full-time and part positions available for experienced Caregivers.
Shifts range from 37.5 hours to 15 per week - Mixed shifts and include weekend work.
The pay range - $24.13 to $30.03
Responsibilities includes:
Providing resident directed care and support to our residents.
Working under the direction of a Registered nurse as part of the Care Team.
Fostering an environment of acceptance and choice.
Contributing to and demonstrating knowledge and use of resident directed Care Plans.
Providing support for the family.
Skills and Experience Required:
Health and Wellbeing level 4 or equivalent qualification required
Excellent attitude and demonstrate self-motivation and proactiveness.
Previous experience in aged care or working with the elderly preferred
Problem solving and decisive decision-making skills.
Empathy and a desire to make a difference in our residents' lives.
