The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the restoration industry, particularly in water damage restoration, and possess a comprehensive understanding of various carpentry techniques. This role requires leadership skills to oversee projects, ensure quality workmanship, and collaborate effectively with team members.
Duties
• Lead and supervise carpentry projects from start to finish, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.
• Perform various carpentry tasks including but not limited to restoration work, fixture installation, and construction painting.
• Read and interpret blueprints to accurately execute project plans.
• Execute concrete forming and metal stud framing as required by project needs.
• Utilize CNC machinery for precision tasks when necessary.
• Ensure all work is plumb and level, maintaining high standards of quality.
• Apply caulking as needed to ensure proper sealing and finish of
