Who You Are


Demonstrate claims-management skills in a fast-paced, high volume work environment
Have 3+ years of experience in Claims Adjusting for Bodily Injury or Casualty claims
Completion of, or currently enrolled in, the CIP (Chartered Insurance Professional) designation
Are experienced working with everyday people
Are a proactive and visionary thinker with a resourceful work ethic and strong analytical skills
Are enthusiastic about office culture, and can easily build strong relationships internally and handle sensitive situations that require empathy, tact, and confidentiality
Pride yourself on exceptional time management skills, and a high level of professionalism and discretion

How You’ll Make a Difference


Case Managers oversee our client files and are responsible for
maintaining high-quality client service while moving cases toward resolution or litigation efficiently and as quickly as possible. Our Case Managers are partnered with Client Care Specialists, who provide administrative and operational support, and frequently collaborate with lawyers, legal assistants, and other team members to enhance our firm’s services and client experience. A key function of this role is to provide the highest level of client service and keep our clients happy – we want to deliver unforgettable client experiences and be known for our commitment to incredible client service.


Oversee and manage client files from intake through to settlement resolution
Act as the insurance expert, using your knowledge to build, assess, and strengthen each client’s case
Work closely with your team to ensure files are moving forward efficiently and strategically
Find ways to reduce stress for clients and create a smooth, supported experience throughout their claim
Move files forward with urgency to decrease lifecycle and get money into clients’ hands faster
Maintain high levels of client satisfaction while managing a full caseload
Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance adjusters and defence counsel to support fair and timely resolutions
Review records and evidence to identify key details that support claim value
Complete quantum assessments and develop strategic settlement proposals
Support negotiations and help obtain clear client instructions
Share your expertise with the team, including insights and best practices when working with insurers
