We are looking for a Cash Application Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. We would love to speak with you, if you have a good knowledge and experience in Cash Application.
About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments
Atleast 2 years experience in Cash Applications role.
Intermediate knowledge – MS Excel
Good to have NetSuite and Salesforce knowledge.
It would be great if you also had . . .
Working Knowledge of O2C process would be an added advantage.
Worked on special projects on automation.
What will you be doing in this role?
Download bank statements from multiple online banking portals (if necessary)
Responsible for the recording of all cash receipts, wire transfers and other cash related entries in the ERP
Perform Extensive Research to resolve Unapplied Cash Receipts, as assigned.
Process write-offs and refunds as per the set process.
Process the Intercompany transfers on time.
Post Journals and perform month end reconciliations.
Work with Collections, Accounting, and stakeholders to resolve customer Queries.
Ensure that the E-mails are responded within 24 hours.
Provide supporting for Audit Questions/UAT Support
Additional duties as assigned.
