We are currently looking for a Cashier to join our Property & Asset Management team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our financial operations and client service excellence.
Key Responsibilities: Review and process transfer requests in compliance with current procedures
Handle income and payments within regulatory and internal deadlines
Manage bank account opening and closing services for client accounting teams
Serve as liaison with the firm's bankers for day-to-day queries
Support client account payment processing activities
Resolve stakeholder bank-related queries efficiently
Qualifications and Skills: Required: Minimum GCSE Level education, including Maths and English
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational abilities, including task prioritization and follow-up
Customer-focused mindset with commitment to outstanding service
Meticulous attention to detail
Flexibility to work extended hours during peak periods
Proficiency in MS Office and E-banking applications
Knowledge of cashiering, client accounting, and client money rules
Excellent interpersonal skills
Preferred: AAT qualification or equivalent
Experience in the banking sector
Key Attributes: Ability to explain queries and problems concisely
Compose clear, concise emails and letters independently
Professional telephone manner
Adaptability to changing priorities and workloads
