Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented, trustworthy, and customer-focused Cashier to join our dealership team. The ideal candidate will have a background in handling transactions, billing, and customer interaction in a retail or automotive environment. This role is key to maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring a smooth checkout process for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all cash, credit, and digital payment transactions efficiently and accurately.
Generate and manage invoices for vehicle sales, servicing, and accessories.
Maintain accurate cash drawer balances and daily sales reports.
Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
Coordinate with the sales and service teams for billing clarity and customer queries.
Ensure timely deposit of collected payments into the company account.
Maintain organized records of receipts, invoices, and customer payments.
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures.
Help with basic administrative duties as required.
Key Requirements:
Experience: 2–5 years in cashiering or billing, preferably in the automotive or retail sector
Education: Graduate in any discipline (Commerce background is a plus)
Strong numerical and data entry skills
Proficiency in billing software and MS Office tools
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Honest, reliable, and able to maintain confidentiality
Ability to handle high-volume transactions in a fast-paced environment
