Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with precision and integrity.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, promotions, and store policies.
Upsell products when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and store sales.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service.
Qualifications
Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
Basic math skills for accurate transaction processing.
Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
