Job Description
Issue receipts, invoices, and maintain transaction records
Balance cash drawers and ensure accuracy at the end of each shift
Maintain proper documentation of payments and collections
Assist clients with payment-related inquiries in a professional manner
Coordinate with the accounts and finance team for daily reporting
Ensure compliance with company financial policies and procedures
Maintain confidentiality of financial and client information
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or degree in commerce is an advantage
1–3 years of experience as a cashier or in a similar financial role
Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of accounting and payment processing systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Good communication and customer service skills
Honest, dependable, and well-organized
