Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Site Engineer at Emrold Management Services Private Limited, located in Lucknow. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing and supervising daily construction activities, ensuring quality control and safety compliance, interpreting blueprints and drawings, and communicating with stakeholders, including architects, construction managers, and subcontractors. Additionally, the Site Engineer will managing and supervising structural engineering activities.
Qualifications
• On-site supervision, management and coordination of construction sites
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with stakeholders and team members, and to manage a diverse team of civil engineers and workers
• Quality control skills to ensure that construction projects comply with regulatory standards, and that the materials and workmanship meet quality and safety specifications
• Structural engineering knowledge and experience in designing and managing construction of buildings, roads, bridges, etc.
• Professional degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent education and work experience
• Experience working with construction contractors on-site is a plus
• Ability to read, interpret, and create construction blueprints and drawings is a plus
