Job Description
In this role as a Booth Attendant, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities include:
Approaching and greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner
Using respectful communication to assist guests with their questions, problems, and concerns
Issuing and collecting visitor parking tickets
Matching visitor tickets to parking rate schedules and collecting proper payment from visitors
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment, and meet the following requirements:
Being 18 years of age or older
No high school diploma, GED, or college degree required
No experience required; on-the-job training provided
