## Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate cashier/hostess to join our team. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of specialty coffee, be dynamic, personable, charismatic, patient, have a strong social battery, and provide exceptional customer service in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.

## Duties
- Be the first point of contact for customers
- Learn and explain the different options in our menu
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
- Uphold food safety standards and ensure quality control
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing customer inquiries and concerns

## Experience
### Required Skills:

- Bilingual
- Cashiering or hostess experience
- Food handling knowledge
- Basic math skills
- Time management abilities
- Customer service orientation
- Familiarity with food safety practices

### Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in the food industry
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures
- Knowledge of POS systems

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.10-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 12 – 24 per week
