Luv2play is an Indoor Playground in Calgary SE area for kids aged 0-12 years. The idea behind a 4 storey indoor playground structure for kids is to let kids run freely discovering many adventurous rides, slides, swings, puzzles, climbing walls, etc. in our fully secured 15000 sq ft facility. Kids and Parents can also enjoy and entertain themselves with our arcade gaming machines, full service cafe along with multiple birthday party rooms for special occasions. One can literally start and finish the day at Luv2play.
Our gated and monitored facility uses a variety of secure enhancements to monitor safe play including databank, wristbands, round the clock CCTV and designated floor personnel. There are spaces for everyone from small infants to toddlers where everyone could explore upto their unlimited imaginations and creativity.
Luv2play Indoor Playground, SE Calgary is currently seeking Playground Attendants to join their team. We are looking forward to customer-focused team players who can keep their heads up in a fast-paced, quickly-changing environment and understand the importance of a fantastic family experience when visiting our playground!
Specific Position: Cashiers, Front, Floor and Cafe. Responsibilities will include:
- Greeting guests as they enter the premise, determining their needs and helping them with their payments for entry, food, birthday parties.
- Ensuring that the Cafeteria area is kept clean and organized and that stock is replenished as needed.- Ensuring guests are served their food in a professional and friendly manner.
- Checking in with guests regarding their experience.
- Hosting Birthday Parties and ensuring best guest experience overall for kids and their parents
- Resolve any guest concerns or complaints if any
- Explaining the playground setup and rules for all areas to our guests.
- Explaining guests about membership benefits, birthday party bookings and promotional offers
- Ensuring that all areas are kept clean and tidy.
