Exp. 1-3 Year
Corresponding Key performance Indicators (KPI's)
Tally, ERP, MS-office
Handling physical petty cash of group company
Updating all cash entries into accounting system
Imprest accounting - separate file to be maintain
Salary and advance distribution and maintain records
Will check and validate conveyance and tour bills of sales and other staff
Will check and validate transporter bill before handing over for entry
Daily cheque and NEFT payment report in Excel
Local transport register in prescrivbed format
Preparation / Compilation of salary advance sheet of workers and staff
2A to be match with books and discrepency to be sent to purchase department
Sales billing
Purchase invoice punching
