Job Description-Cashier CTC-23,750 - TID machine -credit /debit & QR code swipe work - Tenant Registration in Bellevie - Charges collection from residents pertaining to various facilities - Collection of Security Deposit Cheque along with acknowledged copy of terms and conditions for events of City Common area - Refunding cheques to residents as per information from commercial Team - Greet and welcome customers in a professional and courteous manner. - Provide information and assistance to customer directing them on their queries. - Reconciliation for TID machine with invoicing in portal on daily basis - Cash /Cards weekly /monthly reconciliation report - Customers Property tax tickets resolutions. - MIS reports to back officer for various collection in counter. - Customer Handling - Managing mails. **Job Types**: Full time, Permanent Pay: From ₹22,000.00 per month Schedule: - Morning shift Application Question(s): - Where Do you stay in mumbai? **Experience**: - total work: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person
