We are hiring for a cashier positon, ideally the idea would be that this cashier would be able to take on supervisory responsability and do morning opening cash office duties as well as be one of our front end supervsiors. Looking ideally for someone with experience that can start at 6AM.

The Front End Cash Office Supervisor is responsible to ensure a superior customer service experience by coaching, and developing friendly, well trained staff. The Supervisor will supervise the department and staff and act as the go to person in the absence of the Front End Manager. The Supervisor will foster customer loyalty, fulfill customer needs and actively contribute to an environment of employee and customer engagement.
Here’s where you’ll be focusing:
Regular cashier duties until probationary period as cashier is over, then front end supervisor duties will be considered
Provide excellent customer service processing transactions to meet customer needs
Maintain an accurate cash drawer following company policies and procedures
Audit tills daily and make sure that they balance
Process daily bank deposits
Count bus ticket
Operate Customer Service Desk following all procedures for sales, refunds, bottle returns, coinstart and inquiries
Maintain Front End Department merchandise
Participate in the training of junior staff
Adhere to, and implement all applicable company standards
Support additional departments and functions with other duties as required

Keep work area clean and presentable at all times
Remain current with weekly and in-store specials
Ensure accurate labeling of products through adherence to company pricing strategies
Foster a shopping experience that engages customers in a way that enhances loyalty, sales and profit
Run, monitor and analyze sales data reports
Lead department in accordance with company presentation standards
Act as the departmental "go-to" person in charge of department, when required
Recruit, train, develop, motivate and coach employees, and provide regular feedback to support the department leadership team
Schedule and monitor breaks, back-ups, and other departmental activities
Other duties as required
