Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, honest, and customer-focused Cashier to manage transactions with customers efficiently and accurately. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth checkout operations, provide excellent customer service, and maintain accurate cash handling procedures. Key Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service Scan goods and ensure accurate pricing Process payments (cash, credit/debit cards, mobile payments, vouchers, etc.) Issue receipts, refunds, or change as required Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally Maintain clean and organized checkout areas Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift Report discrepancies and irregularities to management Assist with stocking shelves and maintaining store cleanliness when needed Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Previous cashier or retail experience is an advantage Basic math skills and attention to detail Solid communication and interpersonal skills Ability to handle transactions accurately and responsibly Basic knowledge of POS (Point of Sale) systems Ability to stand for long periods Key Skills & Competencies Customer service orientation Integrity and honesty Time management Problem-solving skills Teamwork Ability to work under pressure Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
