We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Restaurant Associate to join our team at Jack In The Box. As a key member of our front-of-house staff, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manning the POS terminal and taking orders from customers with accuracy and efficiency

Providing prompt and courteous service to customers, answering questions and resolving any issues in a professional manner

Learns all vital information regarding products and menu items to effectively assist customers

Balancing the cash drawer, issuing receipts, and maintaining the cleanliness of the workspace

Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment

Continuously striving to improve knowledge and skills to provide exceptional customer service and drive business results
