Position Summary
As a Cashier, you’ll be the face of our business, ensuring every customer interaction is positive and efficient. Your primary role will be to manage transactions accurately, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and assist customers with their purchases. With at least one year of experience, you’ll bring your expertise to help us deliver the exceptional service our customers expect.
Key Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and ensure a friendly, welcoming atmosphere.
Accurately process cash, credit, and other payment transactions.
Answer customer questions and provide information about our products or services.
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.
Assist with stocking shelves and inventory management as needed.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and security in all transactions.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience as a cashier or in a similar role.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions.
Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
Dependable, punctual, and a team player.
