Qualifications

These guidelines encompass managing electronic payment methods, including Credit/Debit Cards, EBT, and Gift Cards, besides cash and check transactions
Comply with the guidelines for accepting and tendering vendor coupons, limitations on cash shortages, and company shrinkage protocols
Offering exceptional customer service is key to promoting sales and services
Make sure you are always friendly, knowledgeable, and available to answer any questions or concerns
Deal with phone calls in a timely manner by assessing their importance and directing them to the relevant person
It is crucial to conduct regular stock checks and reconcile physical inventory levels with recorded levels to ensure accuracy and avoid discrepancies
Implement the company standard operating procedures for computerized inventory management and ordering of non-legend drugs, ensuring proper tracking and utilization of stock

Qualification:
