Provide product demonstrations and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain an organized and clean checkout area.
Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly with excellent phone etiquette.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a smooth operation in the retail environment.
Assist in inventory management and restocking shelves as needed.
Experience
Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
Familiarity with cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic math skills.
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
Experience in product demos is a plus, enhancing the customer experience through engaging presentations.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
