Cash Handling:
· Process customer transactions accurately using the cash register or point-of-sale system.
· Handle cash, credit, and other payment methods with precision.
Customer Interaction:
· Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries.
· Provide information on products, promotions, and loyalty programs.
Order Processing:
· Efficiently and swiftly process customer orders at the cashier counter.
· Ensure correct pricing and apply discounts as necessary.
Receipts and Documentation:
· Provide customers with accurate receipts for their purchases.
· Maintain documentation of transactions and daily sales reports.
Visual Merchandising Support:
· Assist in maintaining an organized and visually appealing store.
· Collaborate with the team to restock shelves and arrange displays.
Hygiene and Quality Control:
· Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards at the cashier counter.
· Assist in monitoring product quality and expiration dates.
Promotions and Upselling:
· Promote ongoing promotions, discounts, and upsell additional items.
· Encourage participation in loyalty programs.
Security Measures:
· Implement security measures to prevent theft or fraudulent activities.
· Follow procedures for handling and securing cash.
Communication:
· Facilitate clear communication between store staff and management.
· Contribute to team meetings and collaborate with other supervisors.
§ Demonstrate understanding and awareness of all policies and procedures relating to Health, Hygiene and Fire Life Safety
§ Familiarize yourself with emergency and evacuation procedures
§ Ensure all security incidents, accidents and near misses are always logged in a timely manner and brought to the attention of the Area Manager
§ Comply with the Company’s Code of Conduct
§ Familiarize yourself with the company values and model desired behaviors
§ Perform tasks as directed by the Area Manager in pursuit of the achievement of business goals

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
